Step 2: Receive an email from our partner portal with your login details
Once you’re confirmed as a Birdi partner, you’ll gain access to your partner portal, where you can track your referrals and commissions.
Step 3: Generate your unique referral link
Log into the partner portal to get your unique referral link and $75 off promo code to share with your audience.
Step 4: Start referring Birdi
Now that you’re all set up, you can begin referring your audience to Birdi using your unique link. Anyone that subscribes to our paid plans using your link and promo code gets $75 off their subscription.

What is a Partner Program?
A Partner Program is a way for you to earn extra money by referring Birdi to your own audience. You'll receive a commission on anyone that becomes a customer using your unique referral link
What is a paid referral?
A paid referral is someone who purchases a Birdi Plus, Growth or Ultimate subscription using your unique referral link.
Does my referral link give people a discount?
Yes! Your referral link provides new customers with $75 off their Birdi subscription. You're giving your audience something of value, and getting paid for it at the same time. Win-win!
How much can I get paid?
You can earn:
- $20 USD for every Free plan sign up that requests PAYG processing
- 20% recurring commission on every Plus & Growth customer you refer for up to 3 years
- A one-off, $1,500 USD commission on Ultimate customer referrals
Do I get paid for Free plan sign ups?
Yes you do! We'll pay you $20 USD for anyone that signs up to a Birdi Free plan and requests PAYG processing that's more than $20 USD.
(We know you wouldn't! But if we do see anyone signing up spam accounts or signing up their own account, their partner account will be cancelled immediately and no payments will be issued).
How much can I make per Ultimate customer referral?
This is the biggest one! If you refer somebody who goes on to become a Birdi Ultimate customer, you'll earn a one-off, $1,500 USD commission.
Who is best suited to become a Birdi partner?
Anyone who has an audience that is interested in geospatial data. You might be a drone shop, manufacturer, consultant, aviation school, drone services biz, influencer, or surveyor/GIS expert.
What makes for a successful partner?
As a Birdi partner, you can earn big. Given you can earn recurring revenue on Plus & Growth plans, and $1,500 USD on Ultimate referrals, you want to refer Birdi to your audience who would get the most value out of our product (i.e. they’ll be happier customers, and you’ll keep your commission going for longer). You'll get 20% recurring commission for up to 3 years, so unless they cancel early, that's a big amount you can earn per referral.
Will I receive any resources about Birdi?
Yep you will. We have a Partner Resources Hub with downloadables, videos, guides and more that you can share with your audience.
Do I need to have a Birdi account to become a partner?
Technically, no. But to be a successful partner, you should really know the product you're sharing with your audience, so we'd expect you to at least have a free Birdi account.
Does it matter where in the world I’m located?
Since Birdi is a platform that can be used absolutely anywhere, you can refer us to your audience anywhere in the world.
How do you track my paid referrals?
We use your unique referral link to track and attribute paid referrals to you. We have a 365-day cookie window as well, so someone can take up to 365 days between visiting our site from your link and becoming a paying customer, for you to receive attribution for the sign up.
How do I track my paid referrals?
You’ll have access to your own partner portal dashboard, so you can monitor how much commission you’re earning every month.
When and how will I be paid?
At the end of each calendar month, we'll process all of your paid referrals (based on receipt of actual customer payments) for that month. You can expect to be paid into your PayPal account or other approved method on the 20th of the next calendar month.
Can I sign up using my own referral link?
No, you can't. Your referral link will only track unique sign ups, not your own.
